Day 1: Baku – Arrival
Arrive in the capital city of Azerbaijan – Baku. Have the day at leisure and in the evening take a leisurely stroll through the Fountain Square and the Baku Boulevard.
Day 2: Gobustan and Baku Sightseeing
Start the day with a visit to Gobustan – the home to the ancient rock drawings the Petroglyphs – dating back nearly 12,000 years. Later, explore the sights of Baku including the Maidan tower, mosques and palaces, the old fort i.e. Icheri Sheher and the museum of carpets.
Day 3: Ateshgah, the Absheron peninsula
Visit the ‘flagship’ sight: the Fire Temple of Ateshgah. Originally, a place of worship of the Zoroastrians (millennia ago), today the fortified temple that you see was built by 18th Century Indian Shiva devotees. Later learn history at the open-air Gala museum and then proceed to watch the spectacle of the burning mountain at Yanardag. End the day with a walk around the city centre.
Day 4: Sheki – Palaces, mosques and churches
Proceed towards Sheki, the capital of the Sheki Khanate. En-route stop by the Diri Baba Mausoleum and the Shamakhi mosque. Also visit the small Udin church; Udi is a small community, once prominent in the Caucasus, but now restricted to this region and a few other pockets.
Day 5: Sheki, Lagodekhi
Start the day with a visit to the colourful palace(s) of Sheki Khan with beautiful wall paintings and the coloured stained glass windows. After a visit to the Albanian church in Kish, proceed towards Georgia through Lagodekhi. Proceed to Sighnaghi in Kakheti – the wine region of Georgia for your overnight stay.
Day 6: Wine Region – Kakheti, Signaghi
Today is a day of scenic drives! Embark on a full day tour of the Wine region of Georgia – Kakheti. Explore the beautiful fortified town of Signaghi, enjoy breathtaking views of Alazani valley and Caucasus Mountains and visit the Bodbe monastery. Experience a wine-tasting session to appreciate the complex flavours of Georgian wine, enjoy a traditional lunch in a Georgian house and visit beautiful churches in the Kakheti region before proceeding towards Tbilisi.
Day 7 - Enjoy the charming sights of Tbilisi
Embark on a day long sightseeing tour of Tbilisi including Narikala Fortress, the statue of Mother Georgia, Liberty square, Rustaveli and Kote Afkhazhi street, Tbilisi Mosque, Abanotubani etc.. Walk along the narrow streets of Old Tbilisi – full of souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and historic churches.
Day 8: Departure

Day 5: Sheki – Palaces, mosques and churches
Proceed towards Sheki, the capital of the Sheki Khanate. Visit the Churkur excavations – which show the occupation of Gabala from 4th / 3rd Century BC. En-route stop by the small Udin church; Udi is a small community, once prominent in the Caucasus, but now restricted to this region and a few other pockets. At Sheki, visit the colourful palace(s) of Sheki Khan with beautiful wall paintings and the coloured stained glass windows. Attend a Shabaka (Art of making stained glasses) workshop, visit a famous sweet shop and then proceed to Baku. En route, visit the Mausoleum of seven domes – the burial place of the Shirvanshah dynasty. Overnight in Baku.

Day 3 - Modera: Sun temple and Stepwell
Visit the Patan Step Well, a unique type of water well with stairs, with carving on the walls, which used to be a massive structure once. Head to Modhera Sun temple
Day 4 - Rajkot: Abode of Krishna

Day 1 - Ahmedabad: City Tour
Arrive at Ahmedabad. Explore the history and heritage of this city at Gandhi Ashram, Calico Textiles Museum, Dada Hari Step Well, Adalaj Step Well, Sidi Sayed Mosque, Hate Singh Jain Temple. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
Day 2 - Poshina: Heritage Walk
Drive to Poshina, and meet the local/tribal community. Poshina is home to a tribal shrine, the staggering place of thousands of terracotta horses standing in rows as offerings to the local goddess. Witness the making of terracotta horses at a potter’s home. Overnight stay Poshina.
Day 3 - Modera: Sun temple and Stepwell
Visit the Patan Step Well, a unique type of water well with stairs, with carving on the walls, which used to be a massive structure once. Head to Modhera Sun temple built in the 11th Century. Overnight stay at Dasada.
Day 4 - Rann of Kutch: Wildlife Safari
Say Hello to the brown Asiatic Wild ass endemic to Gujarat, blackbuck Nilgai or blue bull, India’s largest antelope and the graceful Chinkara, Indian gazelle. Spot the flamingos, pelicans, ducks, cranes, and storks adding a lot of color to the Safari. Visit the weaving villages. Overnight stay at Dasada.
Day 5 - Dhamadka: Ajrakh Print
Drive to Bhuj en route visit Dhamadka know for Ajrakh Block printing, which is done using natural colors like turmeric, pomegranate seeds only. Visit the Mirror Palace, Prag Mahal and Kutch Museum in Bhuj Overnight stay in Bhuj.
Day 6 - Bhuj: Culture and Heritage
Visit the Banni village, Bhirandiyara famous for its milk-based delicacies and Ludiya is known for embroidery work. Overnight stay in Bhuj.
Day 7 - Mandvi: Palaces and Beaches
Located on the banks of the Rukmavati River, a km away from the Arabian Sea at the Gulf of Kutch, Mandvi used to be the summer retreat of the Royal families. Visit the Vijaya Vilas Palace and the Shipbuilding. Relax by the beach in the evening. Overnight stay at Mandvi.
Day 8 - Mandvi: Muli

Drive to Palitana, climb Mount Shatrunjaya and soak in the view, the largest cluster of 863 Jain temples. Drive to Lothal, one of the Indus Valley civilization sites excavated in India. Overnight stay at Anand.
Day 12 - Champaner: Confluence of Asia and Europe
Visit the Laxmi Vilas Palace which, is a mix of Indo, Islamic and European architecture. Spend some time at the Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum, which boasts of a royal collection of Art Treasures. Drive to Champaner, one of the great archaeological zones. Overnight stay at Champaner.
Day 13 - Champaner: Abode of Rathwa
This place is well known for Rathwa tribes, who migrated from Central India. Take a peek into the traditional architecture, lifestyle, and handicraft of different traditional community. See the Pithora paintings. Overnight stay at Champaner.
Day 14 - 15 - Saputara: Excursion to Dangi Tribe
Drive to the Saputara hills and relax. Overnight stay at Saputara. Saputara is situated on the border of Maharashtra, and the local culture has significant Maratha Influences. Visit tribal villages, Limba, Kosambia and other villages north of Saputara. Visit the Dangi Craft Studio which houses the neighborhood specialty of Dangi Tribes.

Arrive in Mumbai by train/flight and head out to do a quick tour of the must-see sights of urban Mumbai including Prince of Wales Museum, Hanging Gardens, Juhu Beach, Siddhivinayak Temple, Marine Drive, and get back in time to walk the streets of this bustling city and experience the frenetic pace it sets. Enjoy an overnight stay in Mumbai.
Day 2 - Mumbai: Elephanta Island
Head out to the network of sculpted caves located on Elephanta Island and marvel at the beauty and detail in the ancient carvings depicting scenes from Indian mythology. Relax and soak in this UNESCO World Heritage site and get back by evening. Overnight stay at Mumbai.
Day 3 - Nashik: Vineyard Tours

Drive to the World Heritage site of Ellora caves. These caves have a strong spiritual connection with 5 caves dedicated to Jainism, 12 caves to Buddhism and 17 to Hinduism. The Ellora caves also house 34 monasteries. Overnight stay in Aurangabad.
Day 7 - Pune: Ajanta Caves
Visit the Ajanta Caves that has 31 rock-cut cave monuments which date from the 2nd century BC. The caverns incorporate artworks and models viewed as perfect works of art of Buddhist religious workmanship just as frescos which are reminiscent of the Sigiriya artistic creations in Sri Lanka. Day 2 - Mahakaleshwar Temple: Bhasma Aarti
Get ready for the famous Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar Temple which is one of the 12 holy Jyotirlingas of Shiva spread across the country. Visit the numerous other temples and palaces.
Day 3 - 4 - Mandu: Quaint City
Head out to the quaint city of Mandu. Explore Mandu, the city that celebrates the love of its poet-king for his consort with its exquisite palaces, ornamental canals, baths, and pavilions.
