Itinerary in Brief


Day 1 - Arrival at Baku: Royal Port City
Arrive in the capital city of Armenia – Yerevan. Take a leisurely stroll through the Fountain Square and the Baku Boulevard. From huts to sky kissing buildings, Baku is a city with a striking variance. With best Persian and European cuisine, give your taste buds a treat
Day 2 - Gobustan: Mesmerizing Stones
Visit Gobustan – home to the ancient rock drawings the Petroglyphs which is nearly 12,000 years old and the musical stone. Visit the Maidan tower, mosques, and palaces, the old fort i.e. Icheri Sheher and the fascinating museum of carpets.
Day 3 - Ateshgah: The Absheron Peninsula
Explore the Fire Temple of Ateshgah. Originally, a place of worship of the Zoroastrians, it is now a fortified temple built by 18th Century Indian Shiva devotees. Learn history at the open-air Gala museum and watch the spectacle of the burning mountain at Yanardag.
Day 4 - Sheki: Palaces, Mosques, and Churches
Move to Sheki , capital of the Sheki Khanate. Stop by Diri Baba Mausoleum, Shamakhi mosque, and the small Udin church once a prominent community church in the Caucasus.
Day 5 - Sheki and Lagodekhi: Regal pathway to Georgia
Visit the colorful palaces of Sheki Khan with beautiful wall paintings and the colored stained glass windows. After a visit to the Albanian church in Kish, move towards Georgia through Lagodekhi. Drive to Sighnaghi in Kakheti – the wine region of Georgia.
Day 6 - Kakheti and Sighnaghi: Wine Glory
Embark on a Wine region tour of Kakheti. Explore the beautiful fortified town of Sighnaghi, enjoy breathtaking views of Alazani valley and the Caucasus Mountains while visiting the Bodbe monastery. Experience a wine-tasting session and enjoy a traditional lunch in a Georgian house and visit beautiful churches before moving to Tbilisi.
Day 7 - Tbilisi: Charming Grandeur
Get ready for a day-long sightseeing tour of Tbilisi, Narikala Fortress, the statue of Mother Georgia, Liberty square, Rustaveli and Kote Afkhazhi street, Tbilisi Mosque, and Abanotubani. Walk along the narrow streets of Old Tbilisi – full of souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and historic churches.
Day 8: Departure: Naxvamdis!
Bid Adieu to Caucasus and travel to the airport for your flight home with souvenirs and uniquely crafted carpets.
