Day 4 - Mandalay : Grandeur Personified
Welcome to Mandalay and boat to Mingun to visit the Unfinished Magnificent Temple of Pa Hto Taw Gyi, Mingun bell and the Mya Thein Tan pagoda.Visit the Mahamuni Buddha Image, Kuthodaw Pagoda, the Shwe Kyaung and the Kyauktawgyi Pagoda.End the day with another glorious sunset at Mandalay Hill.
Day 5 - Mahagandayon : Myanmar’s Biggest Monastery
Visit the Mahagandayon monastery with over 1000 monks, and proceed to Sagaing to see the KaungHmuDaw Pagoda, Sagaing Hill and the Umin Thonese. Drive on to Amarapura, to visit a traditional weaving factory.Drive to Amarapura to catch the sunset at the 200 year old U Bein’s Bridge.
Day 6 - Inle Lake : Burmese Life
Reach Heho and drive to the beautiful Inle Lake nestled amidst the mountains. Get ready for a boat trip on the Inle Lake to see the MaungDaw Pagoda, Floating Gardens & Plantation, Cheroot Making, Silversmith, Cotton & Silk Hand Weaving and Nga Phe Chaung Monastery.Catch the famous leg-rowing boatmen in action on the Lake.
Day 7 - Yangon : Detour to Pagoda City
Yangon trip is incomplete without a stroll at Bogyoke market, a destination mandatory for souvenir and window-shopping. Have a tranquil walk by Inya Lake and serene sunset by Botahtaung harbour.Try some local cuisine and immerse into the vibrance.
Day 8 - Bago : Buddha and Stupas
Drive out for a day-trip to Bago to see the World War II War Cemetery, shining Shwemawdaw Pagoda, Kyaik Pun Pagoda, Shwethalyaung and the Kanbawzathadi Palace.
Day 9 - Departure : Mingalaba

Day 1 - Arrive in Yangon : Pagoda Urbanized
After reaching the vibrant city of joy, Yangon take in a city tour to marvel at the colonial heritage sights and the Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda with its 65m long reclining Buddha. End the day with a magnificent sunset at the world famous 2600 year old Shwedagon Pagoda.
Day 2 - Bagan : City with History
Next stop is Bagan, a city studded with 2000 temples from ages. Explore the ancient 10000 years old shrines. Learn about the local crafts of lacquerware and looming in the evening from traditional artisans, making Bagan a favourite for ancient craft.
Day 3 - Jakarta: Mandalay : Grandeur Personified

Day 1 - ARRIVAL AT LUANG PRABANG
Land in the Indo-China jewel city of Luang Prabang. Depending on your flight timings, we plan to have a day of leisure today. Explore the town and its markets on your own. Overnight at Luang Prabang.
Day 2 - DISCOVER LAUNG PRABHANG
Explore Laos’ rich traditions in Luang Prabang: UNESCO-listed city, Royal Palace Museum, ancient temples, and diverse cultures at the Ethnology Center. Visit Kuang Xi Waterfall and end the day with a stunning sunset view from Wat Phousi. Shop for vibrant, handcrafted treasures at the night market. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 3 - PAK OU CAVES AND MEKONG CRUISE
We depart from Luang Prabang by boarding a boat and beginning our cruise, from Luang Prabang to the stunning Pak Ou Caves. Visit Ban Xang Hai, known as ‘the whiskey village,’ to witness the traditional making of Lao rice wine and taste the famous Lao Lao and ‘Las Hai’ Lao Wine. On the return journey, make a short stop at Ban Na Uan Hmong village before heading back to Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 4 - VANG VIENG
Travel to Vang Vieng in the afternoon by train. Explore the small village town of Vang Vieng on your own. Relax for the day; you have an adventurous day tomorrow. Overnight in Vang Vieng.
Day 5 - JUNGLE & CAVES TREKKING
Head towards the north of Vang Vieng, where you will visit the first cave, Tham Xang (Elephant Cave). Then explore Tham Hoi (Snail Cave) tubing, Tham Nam (Water Cave), trek to Hmong village, and kayak back along Nam Song River. Overnight in Vang Vieng.
Day 6 - VIENTIANE
Head towards Vientianne Early afternoon. In the evening explore Vientianne Promenade at leisure. Overnight at Vientianne.
Day 7 - EXPLORE VIENTIANE
Start the day tour by heading to the religious museums of Wat Sisaket and Ho Prakeo with thousands of Buddha statues, explore the iconic sites: That Luang Stupa, Patouxay monument, and Carol Cassidy’s textile gallery. Discover the unique Buddha Park and end the day by witnessing a beautiful sunset over the Mekong River. Overnight in Vientiane.
Day 8 - Departure : Departure
Head back to the airport to go back home with a happy and recharged self and loads of photographs.

Day 6 -PAKSE
Fly to Pakse from Vientiane and start your journey to the enchanting Bolaven Plateau. Visit a village known for its skilled blacksmiths. Drive through tea and coffee plantations, reaching the heart of the plateau. Witness the stunning Tad Fan Waterfall and Tad Ngoung Waterfall, perfect for swimming. Explore the local market in Paksong and interact with the friendly locals. Visit Tad Pasuem Waterfall and learn about the diverse ethnic groups in the area. End the day in Champassak, staying overnight in a local guesthouse. Overnight in Champassak.
Day 7 - WAT PHOU AND THE MEKONG
Start the day with a visit to the ancient UNESCO World Heritage Site of Wat Phou. Spend some time exploring this fascinating ancient site. After breakfast, embark on a short hike through Xe Pian National Park from a small village. Enjoy lunch and then transfer to another village for a boat journey to Don Khone Island. Witness local fishermen at work and admire the sunset before reaching the hotel for dinner. Overnight at Don Khone.
Day 8 - 4000 ISLANDS TREASURES
After breakfast take a leisurely bicycle ride to the old bridge built by French colonists. Cycle along the old French railway line to the stunning Liphi Waterfall. In the afternoon, cycle to Don Det, experiencing the charm of island life. From Don Det, take a boat to explore various islands like Donxom, Don Dompadee, witnessing the life of the people in the 4000 islands. Return by boat during sunset to your hotel on Don Khone. Overnight in Don Khon. .
Day 9 - DEPARTURE
Travel back to Pakse and then fly back home (via Thailand) with a happy and recharged self and loads of photographs.
