Day 1 - Lucknow: The City of Nawab

Day 2 - Shravasti: Monsoon Retreat
Embark on a drive to Shravasti, Buddha’s monsoon retreat, where you’ll immerse in the serene aura of his historical stay. Explore ancient ruins and monastic complexes, connecting with Buddha’s teachings and contemplating his journey. Day 3 - Lumbini: Birthplace of Buddha
Embark on an early morning journey to Lumbini, crossing international borders between India and Nepal by road. Lumbini, a revered site, encompasses remnants of ancient monasteries, the sacred Bodhi tree, the historic bathing pond, the Ashokan pillar, and the Maya Devi temple. Overnight in Lumbini.
Day 4 - Kapilvastu: Childhood of Buddha
Embark on a journey from Lumbini to Kapilvastu, the land where Lord Buddha experienced his formative years amidst opulence. Explore the sacred Pushkarini Pond. Day 5 - Vaishali: Last Sermon of Buddha
Once more, traverse the India-Nepal borders and proceed to Vaishali. Immerse yourself in its ambiance as you explore Buddhist temples and embrace the spiritual essence. Overnight in Vaishali.
Day 6 - Nalanda: Abode for the Learned
Discover the renowned Nalanda by embarking on an early morning journey from Vaishali. Uncover the remnants of the historic Nalanda University and immerse in village life at Nepura. Explore attractions like the World Peace Pagoda, Griddhakuta Hill, Venu Vana, and the Japanese Temple. Overnight in Nalanda.
Day 7-8 - Bodh Gaya: Enlightenment of Buddha
Embark on a journey to Bodhgaya, the site of Buddha’s enlightenment. Explore the Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, Vajrasana (Diamond Throne), and Animesh Lochana.
