St.-Petersburg-and-the-Northern-Lights---6D_5N_1

This is a Russia experience where we cover the cultural capital of Russia, St. Petersburg, with its many historic and cultural sights. We will then head up north to Murmansk, explore this frontier town and take a chance at spotting the Northern Lights from close to the Arctic Circle.

This is about experiencing the culture, history and natural beauty of this country, including the far north with the spectacular Northern Lights – some of which we have only read about in Russia. Of course, we will get ample chance to indulge ourselves a bit in studying the cuisine and the Vodka culture – and maybe try to eat and drink the way the Russians famously do…

Come along and experience Russia the Beyonder way – don’t trip on the usual.

gorilla-tracking-uganda

This is the tour showcasing the essence of tropical Africa. Called the ‘Pearl of Africa’, Uganda, full of natural treasures, lives up to the name with its abundance of wildlife and the sheer variety of landscapes! Uganda is home to Africa’s tallest mountain range (the snow-capped Rwenzoris), the source of the Nile, the world’s longest river and the continent’s largest lake (Lake Victoria). With nearly 10% of all the bird species in the world and nearly 50% of Africa’s bird and butterfly species, Uganda has more avian species per sq kilometer than anywhere else in the world – a true haven for Bird enthusiasts.

The Big 5 – Yes! That is a given, but with a bit of panache. Here you will get a chance to see the unique tree-climbing lions of Ishasha. But the highlight of the trip to Uganda has to be the ‘Primate encounters’ – especially the endangered ‘fearsome’ looking Mountain Gorillas and the Chimpanzees. Spending time in close proximity to a family of Mountain Gorillas would surely rate as best wildlife experiences possible– a bucket list item!

There are multiple ways to experience this wildlife haven; come on a standard group tour with us or else we would be delighted to curate a tour for you as per your preferences.

$2,595 onwards GST as applicable

Prices vary based on departure season (Per person for a group of 4 people on a twin sharing basis)

This is a standard itinerary with most of the important experiences Uganda has to offer with stays in mid range lodges. The cost excludes the Primate experience permits – $ 900 / person. The prices are quoted per person for a group of minimum 4 people on twin sharing basis. We would be happy to speak to you to take you through the varied options and curate an itinerary as per your preferences including making an itinerary to suit your budget.
