Krithika
Nidhi on Krithika
If there’s a road leading somewhere interesting, chances are Krithika has already taken it. Quite often on a rather conspicuous neon-green Kawasaki Ninja that announces her arrival long before she does, in a rather impolite noisy fashion.
An engineer by education, she eventually decided that life looked far more exciting outside spreadsheets and blueprints than inside them. Fortunately for us, travel won.
She approaches food the same way she approaches travel… with equal parts curiosity and courage. Strange food in Iceland? Certainly. An obscure local delicacy whose name she can’t pronounce? Even better. Her philosophy is simple: don’t dismiss it until you’ve tasted it.
Krithika also possesses the slightly dangerous superpower of making friends almost anywhere. Remote villages, roadside cafés, fellow travelers, local grandmothers… give her ten minutes and she’ll probably have a story to tell.
When she isn’t planning her next escape, she’s trying to solve murder mysteries before the detective does, taking her four-legged partner-in-crime Scrappy (yes, named after Scooby-Doo) out for a walk, or critiquing dishes on MasterChef with complete confidence despite not having tasted them.
Some people collect souvenirs…
Krithika collects roads, recipes, friendships… and enough stories to ensure the next adventure is never too far away.
