Itinerary in Brief
Day 1 - Zurich: Lake city
Arrive in Zurich and stroll along the banks of Lake Zurich. Explore the famous shopping street in Bahnhofstrasse. Overnight in Zurich.
Day 2 - Dolderbahn: Cogwheel Railway
Take in a city tour of Zurich covering the Old Town, Chagall windows and ride the cogwheel railway “Dolderbahn” to the viewpoint. Enjoy the riverside activities, lakeside bathing and a hike to the Uetliberg mountain. Overnight in Zurich.
Day 3 - Lucerne: Mountains by Lake
Train it down to Lucerne. Go on an excursion to Mount Titlis. Enjoy the cable car ride to the summit. Overnight in Lucerne.
Day 4 - Interlaken: Caught in Blue
Pass over the Brunig Pass en route by train to Interlaken over the Brunig Pass. Discover the village and enjoy the view of 3 mountains of Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau and 2 turquoise lakes. Overnight in Interlaken.
Day 5 - Jungfraujoch: Train to Top
Excursion to the highest train station in Europe, the Jungfraujoch. Enjoy the views of the snow-capped mountains and the 22 km long Aletsch glacier. Overnight stay at Interlaken
Day 6 - Zweisimmen: Simmen Valley City
Chug along the shores of the Lake Thun on to Simmen valley, the famous resort of Gstaad and travel to Montreux for the ultimate train ride of your life. Overnight in Montreux.
Day 7 - Lake Geneva: Train by the lake
Head out by cogwheel railway to the mountain that offers spectacular views over Lake Geneva and the Alps. Return and take the train to Geneva for an overnight stay
Day 8 - Head Back Home
Get transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
