Embark on a sightseeing adventure, including a seal cruise to witness Cape Fur seals in their natural habitat and a visit to Table Mountain via cable car for panoramic views of the city and the Atlantic Ocean.
Venture out on a day trip to the Cape Peninsula, where you can experience the ethereal beauty of Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. Don’t miss a visit to Boulders Beach to meet the incredibly cute African penguins.
Drive inland to the Stellenbosch and Franschhoek regions, known for their rolling vineyards nestled in majestic mountain ranges. Spend a full day on a wine tour, learning to appreciate the variety of excellent wines produced in unique estates. Continue your journey to Knysna, a beautiful coastal town known for its lagoon. Itinerary in brief
Day 1 -Cape Town-City by the Sea
Arrive at Cape Town, and enjoy a day at leisure. Optionally visit the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront for an exquisite evening dinner.
Day 2 - Capetown: The Table Mountain City
Explore Cape Town’s iconic landmarks including a scenic cable car ride to Table Mountain (New Seven Wonders of the World) for panoramic views. Enjoy a seal cruise to observe Cape Fur seals in their natural habitat.
Day 3 - Cape Peninsula: The Peninsula of the Cape
Take a day trip to the stunning Cape Peninsula, visiting Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. Experience the charm of Boulders Beach and its resident African penguins. Drive back to Cape Town via the picturesque Chapman’s peak route.
Day 4 - The Cape Vineyards
Drive to the picturesque wine regions of Stellenbosch or Franschhoek. Enjoy a full day of wine tasting and exploration in the scenic vineyards and estates.
Day 5 - Knysna/Mossel Bay- The Heart of the Garden Route
Drive to Knysna and enroute explore the fascinating ostrich farms and the impressive Cango Caves in Oudtshoorn.
Day 6 - Knysna/Mossel Bay: The Lagoon Experience
Spend the day exploring the Knysna Lagoon, taking in the breathtaking views and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Engage in leisurely water-based activities – go sailing, whale watching, sunset cruises or on a nature trail to the Featherbed nature reserve.
Day 7 - Knysna: An active day exploring the Garden Route
Today is an active day with multiple choices: Go on adventure trips – parasailing, Kayaking, bungy jumping, canopy ziplining, hiking trails etc. Visit the various animal sanctuaries like Monkeyland, Jukani Wildlife sanctuary, Birds of Eden etc.
Day 8 - Departure: Totsiens!
Bid Adieu to this lovely region and travel to the airport for your return flight.
