This is a short capsule that brings out the essence of Finland in winter. Itinerary in brief
Day 1 - Arrival at Helsinki: Finnish Capital
Land in the capital city of the magical country of Finland, Helsinki. Take a stroll around the neighbourhood. Overnight in Helsinki.
Day 2 - Helsinki: City of Designs
Explore the city of Helsinki, renowned for its artistic appeal, and detailing. You are never too far from the sea in Helsinki, enjoy the good food and immerse in the ambience.
Day 3 - Ivalo: Northern Lights Hunt
It is time to go to Ivalo. Go to the glass-topped Aurora cabins, in the snowy wilderness of Lapland. Head out on a hunt for the Northern Lights at night. Enjoy the exquisite greenlight filling the night sky. Overnight in Saariselka.
Day 4 - Saariselka: Reindeer Express, Husky Safari
Grab some time with Reindeers at Reindeer express. Go on a Husky safari and make use of the sleds and snowshoes. Spend the night under the Northern Lights. Overnight in Saariselka.
Day 5 - Helsinki: Finnish Fun
Head back to Helsinki, & explore other attractions like Suomenlinna fortress. Enjoy the nightlife, museums, cuisines like never before. Meet some of the happiest people. Overnight in Helsinki.
Day 6 - Departure: Hyvästi
Catch your flight back home after the best holiday trip to the Arctic, experiencing the unusual.
