Ever heard of Ahimsa (Non Violent) silk? Well, here is an opportunity to experience the entire weaving process in a sleepy village by the banks of the River Brahmaputra. The entire population weaves magic with Silk here. Weaving comes naturally to the natives of this village and is ingrained in their lifestyle. This journey is from the magic land of Silk worms to the majestic land of one horned Rhino at Kaziranga ( yes, the British Royal couple was there some time back) to Majuli, one of the world’s largest riverine islands, and the centre for Assamese culture. This experience has a dash of culture, heritage, wildlife and history of Assam.
