Day 1:
Nuwara Eliya

Transfer to Nuwara Eliya, also known as the “Little England” of Srilanka which is reflected in the weather and also in the houses that look like country cottages or Queen Ann Style Mansions. Soak in the natural beauty of this town surrounded by the Tea Gardens.

Day 2:
Udawalwe

Half a Day Safari at Udawalwe National Park, which is also an important habitat for water birds and Sri Lankan Elephants. Overnight at Udawalwe.

Day 3:
Bundala National Park, Tissamaharama

Bundala National Park – An internationally important wintering ground for migratory water birds in Sri Lanka, it harbours 197 species of birds, the highlight being the greater flamingo, which migrate in large flocks. Overnight stay at Tissamaharama.

Day 4:
Yala National Park

Embark on a Jeep Safari at Yala – A heaven for both indigenous and migrant Fauna. Yala ia home to thousands of Flamingoes, Billed Pelicans, Spoonbills, Cormorants, and many more. Besides, Wild Buffalo and herds of wild Elephants are also a common sight here. Yala is a must for the animal lovers.

Overnight stay at Mirissa.

Day 5:
Mirissa, with Whales and Dolphins

This place is ideal for close encounters with the biggest mammal on earth. Whale enthusiasts can utilize the expertise of the professionals and sail in the comfort of a luxurious passenger vessel. Proceed to Sinharaja for an overnight stay.

Day 6:
Sinharaja Rain Forest

Designated a Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site by UNESCO, it is a treasure trove of endemic species, including trees, insects, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals. Enjoy the trekking and Jeep Safari at Sinharaja Forest.

Day 7:
Drive to Colombo

Drive to Colombo, and post a hectic day of sightseeing and shopping get transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
