Day 01:
Haridwar/ Rishikesh

Get transferred to the hotel and explore the town at leisure. As the dusk descends, participate in the Ganga Aarti on the banks of the Ganges, a ritual which is both picturesque and spiritually uplifting. Overnight stay at Rishikesh

Day 2:

Drive down to Ukhimath, the winter seat of Kedarnath. Overnight stay at an Eco Camp

Day 3:
Dugalbitta–Deoriya Tal and Sari

Deoriya Tal (2438mts altitude) is one of the most beautiful lakes in the entire Himalayan belt, surrounded by dense forests. The moderate trek to this lake is another experience in itself with lots of options for birdwatching and photography. Get a slice of local life at the Sari village. Overnight stay at the Eco Camp

Day 4:

Drive to Chopta and start trekking towards Tunganath. Continue the trek up towards the summit of Chandrashila Peak and savour the 180 degree view of the Himalayas. Overnight stay at the Eco Tourist camp.

Day 5:
Dugalbitta-Chopta-Musk deer farm-Shivpuri

Explore the flora and fauna of the region at your own pace and take some time out to try the local cuisine. Overnight stay at Eco Camp

Day 6:

Drive to Devprayag – the confluence of river Bhagirathi and Alaknanda, from here the river is renamed as the Ganges. Get transferred to Haridwar railway station or Dehradun airport for you journey back home
