SECURITY

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

For the financial transactions by credit card/netbanking etc., we use a 3rd party secure payment gateway provided by “PayU” and the credit card / banking details are ‘not stored’ with us. Instead the information is securely stored and encrypted with Visa/MasterCard/Diners/American Express. This ‘Online Payment Gateway’ is fully PCI-DSS compliant and it uses a 128bit SSL certificate powered by Dialect to transfer the information securely between the website and the Bank / Credit card provider. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

When you use the Payment Gateway to make the transaction on our website, your details will be securely stored within Dialect’s fully secure vaults to ensure your information cannot be accessed / used by 3rd parties.

PayU or the Payment Gateway does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order. Beyonder and/or its employees cannot view the credit card’s secure information as Dialect truncate your credit card details.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
